ALL	Used for early 2009 locales.
FRLM	Used for all locales except Simplified Chinese.
FRLMCN	Used for the Simplified Chinese locale.

FRLMTCG	Used for all TCG locales except Simplified Chinese.
FRLMTCGCN	Used for the Simplified Chinese TCG locale.
LON	Used for the American English TCG locale.
